How Can I Print My Certificate?

Once you complete your examination, your results are electronically submitted to the National Registry on the next business day for official processing and scoring.

If you pass, you will immediately receive an Online Exam Certificate of Completion. Please note that this document is not an official certificate and cannot be used as proof of certification.

Accessing and Printing Your Official Digital Certificate

Once your exam has been processed, you can access and print your official digital certificate by visiting the Diversys Certificate Finder page:

To retrieve your digital certificate, you will need:

• Your First Name

• Your Last Name

• Based on your selection of Exam Type, you will need either your Unique Exam Booklet Number, Registration ID, or Candidate Username.

Important: Paper Pencil examines keep your exam booklet tear-away sheet after your exam. It contains the unique exam booklet number required to access your digital certificate.

Printed Certificate

National Registry will also mail your official certificate (or a Failure Notification if you did not pass) to the mailing address listed in your Student Profile.

If you need a replacement printed certificate after receiving your official results, please contact Customer Service or order a certificate reprint if eligible.
