How do I purchase a ProctorU exam?
Step 1: NRFSP Exam Center
To buy the NRFSP Food Safety Manager Certification Exam or the SafeMark® Grocery Exam (both available in English & Spanish), visit the NRFSP Exam Center website and choose the ProctorU exam.
Step 2: Select Your Exam
Choose an exam under the Proctor U Exam - Online Remote Proctored section. Select Add to Cart for the desired exam, then select Review Order and Checkout to proceed.

After enrolling, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. Print or save this email for reference during the exam process.
