What does my payment error mean?

Payment errors can happen for a few reasons:

• Pre-paid Cards Not Accepted: Our system doesn't accept pre-paid credit cards (like Visa gift cards). Please use a bank-issued debit or credit card.

• Insufficient Funds: If you see an insufficient funds error, contact your credit card company using the number on the back of your card.

• Card/Expiration Date Errors: Check your account to make sure you've selected the correct card type and entered the right card number and expiration date.
