What should I do if missing exams arrive after a replacement order?

If the originally reported lost exam package is delivered after a replacement order has been issued, you must notify Exam Security immediately by emailing ExamSecurity@nrfsp.com.

Please note:

• Any used exams from the recovered package will be scored but immediately invalidated.

• Scores will not be released to the proctor or examinees.
