Who is not required to have a First Principles Food Handler Card in the state of Hawaii?

Employees in food establishments deemed low risk by the health department, Certified Food Protection Managers, or those working in establishments regulated by another agency with an MOU/Agreement, are exempt. This includes employees at establishments selling only prepackaged non-hazardous foods, prepackaged frozen confections, or non-hazardous hot beverages served in sanitary single-service containers.
